Douglas J. Andrews, BSc, MSc, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Andrews has over 40 years experience as an independent exploration geologist in the mining and petroleum industries. He received his BSc at McMaster University (Thesis - The Concentration and Distribution of Gold in the Catharine Tholeiitic Basalt and Andesite Sequence, Catharine Township, Kirkland Lake, Ontario), and his MSc from the University of Manitoba (Thesis - The Petrology, Chemistry and Sulphide Mineralization of the Dixie Lake Cu, Zn, Ag Prospects, Red Lake, Ontario). Mr. Andrews began his mining career with Cominco Ltd., Selection Trust and Petromet Resources Ltd. and currently provides geologic consulting services to several private and public exploration companies throughout the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. He is a strategic advisor for Visible Gold Mines Inc. and worked extensively with Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. since 2016 on the Nelligan deposit. Mr. Andrews has also recently provided geologic services to RT Minerals Corp. on the Link-Catharine property and on the contiguous 102 sq km Catharine Gold Inc. ground controlled by RTM and situated approximately 22 km SSE of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
Mark Lofthouse, Director
Mr. Lofthouse has over 20 years experience as a real estate agent and private businessman. He worked
with the RE/MAX 2000 Realty Inc. (January 1999 to October 2007) in the BC lower mainland and has
worked for Royal LePage Northstar since October 2007 and more recently has become a principal of LA
Marketing which is a private real estate investment and marketing group. Mr. Lofthouse has been a
member in good standing with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board since 1987.
Gary Claytens, Director
Mr. Claytens completed three years of Geology at the University of British Columbia and received a B.A. in Economics in 1984, specializing in Resource Economics. He has been a member of ten public companies and is a former registered representative with Yorkton Securities Inc. Most recently, Mr. Claytens was Senior VP and director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. and was a key person in the acquisition and advancement of the Nelligan gold property in Central Quebec by Vanstar. Nelligan is now 75% owned and controlled by Iamgold Corporation and is reported to host total resources of approximately 3.2 million ounces Au.
William Elston, Director
Mr. Elston has over 35 years of experience in the development and management of public companies. He has been involved in the junior resource sector for over 25 years. Recent resource related directorships include Freeport Resources Inc. and Saturn Minerals (now Saturn Oil and Gas Inc.).
Sandra Wong, CPA, CGA, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing from the University of British Columbia and obtained her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1999. Ms. Wong has over ten years of working experience with several TSX-Venture Exchange listed companies in the area of financial reporting and company management.
GEOLOGICAL AND FIELD CONSULTANTS
Mr. Garry Clark, B.Sc., P.Geo., Qualified Person Mr. Clark has been providing consulting services to many exploration and mining Companies for over 35 years. Mr. Clark is the Executive Director of the Ontario Prospectors Assn ("OPA"). Mr. Clark has served on several provincial government committees and boards including Minister of Mines Act Advisory Committee, Ontario, and the Ontario Geological Survey Advisory Board.
Mr. Stew Carmichael, P.Geo., Chief Geologist Mr. Carmichael, P.Geo., is the Chief Geologist of the Company. Mr. Carmichael has over 35 years experience in the exploration and mining industry and was named the 2006 Ontario Prospector of the Year with Mr. Michael Sutton, P.Geo., for the discovery and delineation of the South Mine Complex at the Macassa Mine, owned by Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd.
Mr. Fred Kiernicki Mr. Kiernicki has over 30 years of domestic and international experience as an exploration contractor, manager and field consultant for both private and public companies involved in the mineral exploration business for gold and base metals.
